West grew up fishing in Northern California. After meeting his wife nearly 10 years ago, he was introduced to Davis Lake and Frenchman's. He fishes Davis Lake, Frenchman's, Stampede, Topaz, Donner, Boca, Jackson Meadows, Antelope, Independence, Eagle Lake, Shasta, Bucks Lake, Almanor and Whiskey Town. West is always willing to try out a new lake, as long as he can launch the boat! Look for his Blue Duckworth Boat with the American Flag flying the bow. Not a weekend goes by that West isn't on one lake or the other.
Growing up in Utah gave Shannon excellent places to camp. She didn't do a lot of fishing until she meet West. Shannon joins West on the lake as often as possible, but it is usually with a book or a camera in her hand rather than a fishing pole. But when she does fish, she catches more than West!
